The 1000 Ago is the 954 cc four carrying Giacomo Agostini's name, a tribute to the rider who won so many world titles on MV Agusta racers. Mechanically it follows the Corona-era road four, with the double-cradle frame and triple disc brakes. It is one of the final Gallarate road models.
